Phyllis Liang is the founder of REEFLAW.com, an estate planning and immigration law firm founded in 2025. REEFLAW offers extensive and strategic counseling to families regarding the distribution of their real and personal properties to ensure their loved ones’ future financial and medical needs regardless where they domicile in the world, especially when there are special needs family members involved. Phyllis Liang completed her undergraduate accounting studies at Baker University in Kansas and Master’s degree in education at Adelphi University in New York. She earned her Juris Doctorate Degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law and passed the CA bar exam right after. She is currently earning her LLM at Queen Mary University of London with a specialization in taxation. A little bit about the founder of REEFLAW, Phyllis Liang—Phyllis enjoys spending time with her family in her free time. She especially loves traveling to exotic places with her family. If she’s not working, she is planning their next adventure.
